SENNZE — Industrial operations monitoring

WHAT WE DO

We connect the operation to the information.

SENNZE develops the technology layer that acquires data from machines, sensors and operations, processes that information close to its source and delivers it for monitoring and management.

Understand the chain
SENNZE technology integrated into an industrial operation
In-house hardwareEquipment developed for acquisition and communication in the field.
Firmware and protocolCommunication is part of the same technology architecture.
Local processingThe operation can continue to be monitored without depending on the internet.
SENNZE platformThe data arrives organized for visualization, history and management.

WHERE SENNZE WORKS

Between the physical operation and the systems that need the data

The existing automation stays responsible for controlling the machine or the process. Above it, management, analytics and intelligence systems depend on reliable information in order to work.

SENNZE occupies the layer between those two worlds: it obtains the information at the operation, transports it, processes it and structures the data so that it can be used.

A COMPLETE TECHNOLOGY CHAIN

From the physical signal to the information used by management

Every stage has to work for what appears on the screen to represent what actually happened in the operation.

INTEGRATED ENGINEERING

The parts were developed to work as a single system

SENNZE does not start at the dashboard screen. Equipment, firmware, communication, processing, data structure and software are part of the same architecture.

That makes it possible to adapt the form of acquisition to the characteristics of each operation without losing the continuity between what happens in the field and what reaches the platform.

ACQUISITION ADAPTS TO THE PROCESS

Not every operation delivers the data the same way

One machine may offer a simple electrical signal, another may allow digital communication, while a process may require an additional sensor or a record entered by the operator.

The architecture is defined from what already exists and what needs to be monitored, preserving the installed automation wherever possible.

Existing signals

Making use of information already available on the equipment.

Sensors

Additional instrumentation where the variable is not yet available.

Communication

Integration compatible with the architecture defined for the application.

Operational record

Information entered by people can be part of the same operational base.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

Monitoring and informing does not mean replacing the automation

SENNZE was built to monitor the operation and make information available. The integration is done respecting the role of the systems that already control the process.

DOES NOT REPLACE

Process automation

PLCs, machine controls and safety systems remain responsible for commanding the process.

NOT THE GOAL

Selling generic instrumentation

Sensors and components come in when they are needed to solve the monitoring application.

CAN INTEGRATE

Other data systems

The information acquired can feed the SENNZE platform itself and, where the application requires it, form part of larger architectures.

THE FOUNDATION COMES BEFORE THE ANALYSIS

Before analyzing the data, it has to exist

Dashboards, reports, intelligence and analytical models all depend on an earlier stage: obtaining continuous, contextualized data from the real operation.

That foundation is where SENNZE concentrates its engineering — making the connection between the physical world and the digital information.

Machine → data → context → informationThe quality of what is analyzed starts with the way the operation is observed.

TALK TO SENNZE

Show us the operation. That is where the engineering starts.

Understanding the process, the signals available and the information needed is the first step in defining how SENNZE can come into the operation.
