This page explains what SENNZE does with the data you submit through this website’s contact form and what the website stores while you browse.

SENNZE. For any matter related to this page — a question, correction or deletion request — write to contact@sennze.com.

Only what you enter in the form, plus two technical data points generated by the submission itself:

Name, email, company and message — required so we can respond.

Phone number — optional. It remains blank if you do not provide it.

IP address, referring page and language — recorded when the form is submitted.

Time between opening the page and submitting the form — used only to distinguish a person from an automated submission.

Browsing the website without submitting the form does not store information about you.

To respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation, if needed. Nothing else.

We do not use this data for advertising, build behavioral profiles or send communications you did not request.

Messages are retained for 6 months and then deleted.

The technical record used to prevent automated submissions is discarded after a few days because it is no longer useful after that.

With no one. We do not sell, transfer or trade this data.

They remain on SENNZE’s server and in the email account used to respond to you. The only exception would be a legal requirement, in which case the request would have to come from a competent authority.

Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) gives you the right to know what data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information and request deletion before the 6-month retention period ends.

This website uses a single cookie called `sennze_idioma`. It stores the language you selected so SENNZE services can preserve that preference where applicable.

It lasts for one year, does not identify you and is not read by anyone outside SENNZE services on this domain.

There are no advertising or audience measurement cookies.
