The process
Which machine, unit, line, station or operation needs to be monitored?
CONTACT
A good application starts with the process, not with a catalog. Tell us what happens in the field, what you need to monitor and which information you still cannot see.
BEFORE THE FIRST CONVERSATION
You do not need to prepare a technical specification. A few simple pieces of information are already enough to guide the first analysis.
Which machine, unit, line, station or operation needs to be monitored?
Output, states, downtime, operators, quality, level, pressure, temperature or another piece of operational information.
Electrical signals, sensors, industrial communication, manual records or any data source already available.
Industrial environment, remote operation, network infrastructure available and any constraints of the site.
Not sure how to answer all of that? No problem. Describe the need in your own words and we start from there.
TALK TO SENNZE
Use the form to present the operation or the difficulty you want to solve. There is no need to define hardware, sensors or architecture beforehand.
The more specific, the better. Tell us the type of machine, what you need to know but cannot see today, and how production is currently recorded. That gives us enough context to make the first reply useful.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Some questions come up often when a new application starts being assessed.
Yes. The integration can make use of signals and resources already present on the machine, or add means of acquisition where necessary. How it is integrated depends on the equipment and on the information that has to be obtained.
Not always. Where possible, SENNZE works from signals, sensors or communications available without replacing the machine's original control. Every application is assessed before the integration is defined.
The architecture can keep acquisition, processing and storage in the local environment. The external connection is used for the web features and for synchronization where the application requires it, without turning the internet into a requirement for local acquisition to continue.
The application can use additional sensors or combine automatic acquisition with operational records. The goal is to find the right source of information without assuming the machine is already instrumented.
Yes. The architecture can also monitor process variables, remote equipment, operational stations and other applications where field data has to be acquired, contextualized, stored and visualized.
The architecture allows the rollout to be organized by application, by unit or by area. Whether and how it expands is defined according to the infrastructure and the goals of each operation.
SENNZE develops the technology chain that links the operation to the information, including acquisition hardware where the application needs it, firmware, communication, processing and platform. The final composition depends on what already exists on site.
It starts by understanding the process, the data available, the constraints of the environment and what needs to be monitored. From that it is possible to define whether SENNZE applies to the problem and which architecture makes sense.
NEXT STEP
An old machine, a remote process, a manual station or a variable that today never reaches management: present the scenario and SENNZE assesses the application.
